"Good News for NPR: Its Most Listeners Ever" - washingtonpost.com

So, what are the specific numbers for WUNC during all those hours when it is simply relaying the NPR programming to listeners? How do those numbers compare with the number of people who listen to the vast minority of hours when WUNC broadcasts its own programming, including "The Story"? I'd love to see some charts that show WUNC's assumptions - and, of course, that's all they are in the end - about how many people listen to what.

Does WUNC have one of these "online communities"? I don't recall having seen such an opportunity.

Global Health Connections

It sure would be nice to know how much the grant was for this project and what was required? Were any requirements or restrictions imposed on the stories that we are hearing?

"Connie Walker named general manager of WUNC radio" - WUNC

Maybe she'll start off explaining how a station that only serves a portion of the state can call itself "North Carolina Public Radio"?
