My Source - Online Form — North Carolina Public Radio WUNC
I would complete this -- "North Carolina Public Radio - WUNC is my source for..." -- with "...incredibly disappointing local news coverage".
News — North Carolina Public Radio WUNC
At least as of 24 December 2007, this page says that WUNC has lost all of its news -- apparently -- between May 2006 and mid-December 2007. How can the news be lost? Perhaps it has something to do with life in the digital age or maybe just the age of Chapel Hill public radio.

8,300 contributors....
You really have to wonder about a lot of things when you think of the quality of what WUNC retransmits from NPR and American Public Media and that only 8,300 people are willing to contribute money to pay for it. That's out of how many millions of peopl in North Carolina - since this is for something called "North Carolina Public Radio". Maybe those who don't contribute wonder about where all the money goes that does not pay for those retransmissions, but I suspect it is far different. People decreasingly value quality and the ultimate test of that valuation is what they are willing to pay for it in an age when people have been taught that stealing content for free from the web is normal and correct conduct.

Silly policy
WUNC's failure to provide a simple list of organizations and entities it promotes through contributions/sponsorships is nothing short of silly. Those of us who listen to the station should have this point of reference for the tiny amount of local content WUNC actually broadcasts.
Today, for example, there was a mention, I think, of something to do with sustainable tourism in Nort Carolina. If there were a list of everyone mentioned today in those sponsorship plugs, anyone who wanted to check - as I do - on exactly what that was could do so. Not to provide that is to undermine a key value of the entire WUNC operation.

About Us — North Carolina Public Radio WUNC
One really has to wonder about an organizaiton that claims to be in the news business and one that arguably ought to be fairly transparent as part of the government of North Carolina when it fails to include this press release anywhere on its website. There are lots of possible explanations for this, and it would be very nice for WUNC to tell us which one is correct.

"Long buses ready to roll" - heraldsun.com
Who has ridden on at least one of the new buses and would like to post a review? Thanks.
UNC News release -- North Carolina Public Radio/WUNC-FM reaches capital campaign goal early
As a North Carolina citizen, I'd like to know who gave all this money. We own the station after all.
